Music Brian & His Good Buddies

Beginning in Fall 2025 we are adding Music Enrichment classes led by Brian Vogan, “Music Brian”, on Monday’s and Friday’s during our PM Preschool Group. Brian is a 4th generation musician, who spent his early years touring with indie & punk bands across the Pacific North West. After settling in Seattle in 2000, he became a Montessori Pre-K Teacher, while continuing his pursuit of music, and in 2006 was selected to teach at Benaroya Hall, home of the Seattle Symphony. While there Brian was able to apprentice under Dr. Patricia Kim, and before long took his teaching and performance to private schools around Seattle. During this time he developed a therapeutic music program for disadvantaged youth at the Childhaven schools. This work was championed by Seattle rock superstar, Chris Cornell, of Soundgarden. Since 2008 Brian has visited more than 15,000 students as a music educator focusing on group sing-a-longs, creative movement, hands-on instrument exploration, basic music theory, and above all, FUN. Brian also leads a band called Brian and His Good Buddies. The band pulls inspiration from from a wide influence of style and genre, and is currently recording their 9th album with longtime producer Barrett Jones (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Pearl Jam..let’s just say, he’s connected!).
